I sketched the loose idea in Flash with a tablet, and then did all the colouring in Paint Shop Pro 9...haha i hate photoshop.....glad ya like. |

Flash and Paint Shop... wow! Okay, you'll have to show me how you do that, because that is completly out of my element. What don't you like about photoshop? |

Flash works great with the tablet...it creates more natural lines than photoshop or illustrator, even though its sole purpose is to create vector graphics for animation. The i bring the outline into Psp9 and mark it as a top layer...and paint on an invisable middle layer, throwing colour and blending it together. Its kind of an interesting process taking anywhere from 2hours to a couple of days. Photoshop is a wonderful program dont get me wrong, i just feel like its a mac versus pc thing....macs are wonderful...they never crash and run better than PC's, but you dont have the personalization feel, same with photoshop, everything has to be done a certain way...i feel like i get more control with Psp9 |
